On November 20, the 6th National Equality Day for Higher Education and Research (ESR) took place. An event - exceptionally online - hosted by INSA Rouen and co-organized by CPED with the French Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation (MESRI), the Conférence des Présidents d'Université (CPU), the Conférence des Directeurs des Ecoles Françaises d'Ingénieurs (CDEFI), the Conférence des Grandes Ecoles (CGE), and the Institut National d'Etudes Démographiques (INED).
This year's event focused on "Dealing with gender-based violence (GBV) and discrimination in higher education and research", and was attended by over 400 people.
In particular, CPED led the round table discussion "Example of reporting and treatment systems for SGBV and discrimination within the ESR". and participated in VSS Formation's time dedicated to "Disciplinary handling of situations involving SGBV and discrimination".
