Created in 2011 on the initiative of a number of project managers, the CPED promotes the values of sharing, solidarity and openness. It is made up of project managers, referents and vice-presidents of French public higher education and research establishments, as well as members of their teams.

The Conférence Permanente des Chargés de Mission Égalité Diversité supports and makes visible the implementation of policies aimed at equality between women and men and the fight against discrimination. It contributes to making universities and schools inclusive and respectful of people, in order to build a more egalitarian world.
