The training of prevention and combating gender-based and sexual violence (GBSV) in higher education and research (HER), The services provided by CPED are directly aligned with the fulfillment of its statutory purpose: they are offered to higher education and research institutions and research laboratories—both members and non-members—with the aim of fostering network collaboration and pooling expertise. 

Our training courses and their pedagogical methods are based on Multidisciplinary knowledge and experience of teachers-researchers, of Equality-Diversity officers, of Vice-Presidents, currently in a position in higher education and research or having been in such a position in the past.

Partnership with MESRE

As part of the national plan to combat VSSthe Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Space (MESRE) supports CPEDby funding national and regional training courses, free of charge. Only travel expenses are borne by the institutions. 

In particular, these training courses aim to professionalize systems for listening to and reporting cases of violence, harassment and discrimination. 

  • For the National formations, Two days of training are being offered at the MESRE premises: «Appréhender les VSS dans l'ESR : approches sociologiques et cadre juridique» and «Écouter et accompagner les victimes». To date, all training dates are fully booked. New dates will be announced shortly. 
  • For the Regional formations, several modules are offered. For more information on their content and training dates, contact your Rectorat advisors directly
