Last year, CPED began a French translation of the Gender Equality in Academia and Research - GEAR Toolpublished in October 2016 by European Institute for Gender Equality (EIGE), and available online in its original version.
The genesis of this translation project can be found in an exchange between members of CPED in Lille, in November 2019: we thank Anne-Sophie Godfroyin charge of gender equality at Université Paris-Est Créteil, and Isabelle Krausvice-president of equality and equity at the University of Strasbourg, for proposing the idea, and the Professional Equality" working group of CPED (coordinated by Sandrine Rousseau and Véronique Van de Bor) for implementing it.
