On June 14, in the wake of the 9th national day of equality and diversity missions in higher education and research, the following events were held 31st CPED meeting at the Université Clermont Auvergne in Clermont-Ferrand. Some sixty project managers were present.

The morning began with an update on CPED projects.
Philippe Liotard presented the results of the qualitative interviews conducted as part of the REMEDE survey: “Fatigue and determination in equality missions”.”.
Lucille Marissal, CPED trainee, presented the’2024 edition of the Special prize for CPED students and student associations as part of the Buzzons contre le sexisme competition.
Justine Azoze, CPED VSS-Formation project manager, and Véronique Van De Bor, CPED vice-president, presented the CPED VSS-Formation project. VSS-Training network - made up of CPED or ANEF trainers from the higher education and research sectors - as well as a pedagogical report for 2023. As part of the 2024-2026 grant with the MESR, 8 new modules are offered free of charge in the regions, coordinated by the VSS rectorat referents, and have been adapted for different audiences (in health, STAPS, journalism schools, etc.).
Philippe Liotard also presented the European symposium on gender-based violence in higher education co-organized with VOICES, which will take place on November 25, 26 and 27 at the University of Lyon. A call for papers is currently being drafted.
Véronique Van De Bor presented the creation of the CPED thesis prize, which aims to support research into equality and anti-discrimination. It will be open to doctoral students from CPED member institutions. A call for volunteers to make up the jury has also been launched.
Before moving on to the election of the new Board of Directors, Philippe Liotard concludes his four-year presidency with an emotional and confident speech about the future of CPED.

Last but not least group workshops The main issues and avenues for future work were identified, and included: discussions on compulsory teaching, links with rectorate posts, links with the various advisors, and resistance to school policies.
