Who we are
The Conférence Permanente des Chargés de Mission Égalité Diversité (CPED) is dedicated to promoting equality and combating discrimination within higher education and research establishments. It brings together universities and public schools, represented by their equality and diversity officers, referents or vice-presidents.
The CPED is a network and a forum for all teams working on equality and diversity issues in higher education establishments. It supports and makes visible the development of policies linked to equality, inclusion and the fight against all forms of discrimination by higher education and research establishments. Its action concerns both staff and students.
Missions
Actions:
- Promoting equality and diversity in higher education
- Form a network to share best practices, feedback and resources
- Work on common issues and create shared resources
- Representing the voice of equality missions to French and international institutions
- Creating links between establishments in the field of equality
- Gather at CPED meetings twice a year
- Enhancing the value of actions implemented by establishments
- Propose training and awareness-raising initiatives

- Supporting gender research
- Promoting a diversity of career paths
- Combating sexual and gender-based violence and harassment
