CPED is delighted to present the Proceedings of the Symposium «Discriminations et Violences dans l'enseignement supérieur et la recherche : nommer, mesurer, agir. Intersectionality and contributions of LGBTQI+ studies», event organized on November 26, 2024, by CPED, in partnership with the LGBTQI Chair+ and the Lyon 1 University Equality-Diversity Mission.

The Symposium is part of a drive to a better understanding of the specific challenges facing the ESR sector about LGBTQI+phobia and to better equip plants to make higher education a welcoming place for all. These Symposium Proceedings highlight reflections and theoretical contributions from researchers who took part last November. You will also find resources available (coming soon) and scientific references to mobilize on LGBTQI+phobia issues.

Many thanks to all those who contributed to the production of these proceedings: Lucille Marissal, Aude Stheneur, Claire Lambard, Valentin Brouttier and Violette Zecchi.

CPED also thanks the Ministry of Higher Education and Research and the DILCRAH for their support.
