CPED is sharing the research project's survey with its network INTER-VSS, titled «Mapping and characterizing prevention interventions against gender-based and sexual violence in higher education and research».
This research project focuses on the prevention of gender-based violence and sexual violence (GBV-SV) implemented in higher education and research institutions. Its objective is to generate knowledge about the prevention mechanisms deployed in this sector.
An investigation into VSS prevention measures
In continuation of the work carried out in recent years on gender-based and sexual violence in higher education, the INTER-VSS project aims to gain a better understanding of the prevention interventions developed by institutions.
The results of this survey aim to document existing practices and better characterize the prevention actions implemented within the higher education and research sector.
Who is concerned?
The survey is intended for anyone who has created, organized, or implemented a VSS prevention initiative in a higher education or research institution since September 2024.
Those particularly concerned include equality, diversity, and related officers, student health services teams, student life, human resources, as well as anyone involved in prevention efforts.
Individuals who are not directly concerned can also share the questionnaire with colleagues who might be able to respond.

Participate in an interview
The research team is also looking for volunteers to participate in a anonymous interview of approximately 1 hour 30 minutes. These exchanges aim to gather the experience of individuals who have implemented or carried out actions to prevent gender-based and sexual violence, in order to better understand the practices developed within institutions and to identify transferable practices.
