CPED offers training to higher education establishments in the prevention of gender inequality and all types of discrimination. These courses are co-constructed at the request of institutions and tailored to their audience.

In the field of gender-based and sexual violence, CPED relies on a network of trainers to deliver the training courses set out in the MESR's VSS action plan.

This network, VSS-FORMATION, is an independent network whose team has recognized expertise in sexist and sexual violence (SGBV) in higher education and research (ESR). Founded in 2018 following the conference on "Sexist and sexual violence in higher education and research: from awareness to action". The VSS Formation network is historically the result of the merger of three organizations that have worked together to design specific training programs tailored to higher education (ANEF, CPED and Jurisup, between 2018 and 2021).

Since 2021, CPED and ANEF continue to run the VSS Formation network.
