The CPED meetings were held on December 8 and 9, hosted by the Université de Lorraine in Nancy. They brought together, online and face-to-face, almost 70 stakeholders in equality in higher education.

The first morning was an opportunity to exchange views with Hélène Boulanger, new President of the Université de Lorraine. She shared her background and experience as well as her determination to make the corporate social responsibility a priority. She asserted her convictions concerning her fights for ecology, equality, diversity and the fight against discrimination.

The days were devoted in particular to the question of partnerships :
With establishments and networks in the French-speaking world thanks to the presence of Bibiana Pulido of the Quebec Interuniversity Network for Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (RIQEDI), Sophie Brière of the Institut Équité Diversité Inclusion Intersectionnalité (EDI2), Skerdilajda Zanaj from the University of Luxembourg and Sara Aguirre Sanchez Beato from the Free University of Brussels. 
With local and national associations thanks to representatives from the Association Française des Managers de la Diversité (AFMD), Elles bougent Lorraine, SOS Racisme and the Grand Est regional office of the Défenseur des droits.

It was also an opportunity for mission managers and related staff to exchange ideas about brakes and levers and to create links between everyone, notably by welcoming new members to the association. A number of specific times were devoted to different topical issues for CPED These include feedback on funding for VSS through calls for projects, best practices in raising awareness of discrimination, the working groups set up since the start of the school year, and the system of mentoring and sponsorship between members.
