In 2023 and 2024, CPED continued its contribution to raising the skills of those in charge of equality and the fight against violence, hatred and discrimination in higher education and research establishments:
- Supported by her VSS training networkshe assured us nearly a hundred training sessions among staff of public and private establishments, including the sessions offered to establishments by the MESR (the French Ministry of Higher Education and Research) as part of its national action plan against sexist and sexual violence in the ESR (52021-2025);
- She organized working groups and webinars to answer the questions that arise in our establishments on subjects as diverse as the management of sensitive data linked to listening devices, breastfeeding areas, LGBTI+ issues, painful periods and the return of people sanctioned for acts of sexist and sexual violence to their establishments.
- She co-produced with ONDES (Observatoire National des Discriminations et de l'Égalité dans le Supérieur), with the support of France Universités, theREMEDE survey which draws up a national inventory of the organization and operation of equality-diversity missions, the structuring of mechanisms for listening to and reporting VSS, harassment and discrimination, and actions in favor of equality implemented by higher education establishments.
- It is resolutely committed to Europe and the world. Its participation in the VOICES network in 2024 resulted in the co-organization of two conferences (Tirana, February 2024; Lyon November 2024) on gender-based violence in higher education and the institutional culture needed to combat it. Internationally, it is behind the creation of the Réseau international francophone de l'enseignement supérieur et de la Recherche pour l'égalité, la diversité et l'inclusion (REFEDI).
