CPED is pleased to present its 2022 Activity Report!

The year 2022 was a busy one, during which CPED was able to expand and strengthen itself, thanks to an enlarged and regularly mobilized Board of Directors. What's more, the recruitment of two people - Aude Stheneur, as project manager, and Justine Azoze, as training assistant - considerably boosted our collective efficiency. A large number of actions launched in 2022 will deliver results in 2023, including the work of the working groups on the protection of sensitive data collected during reporting, those of the WG on the return of people sanctioned for acts of violence or harassment, and the online launch of the MOOC on Sexist and Sexual Violence piloted by Sandrine Vaton from ITM Atlantique and a member of our Board (available in September 2023).

The days organized in Orléans by Didier Chavrier and in Nancy by Pascal Tisserant were not only forums for exchange, but also moments of impetus for collective projects. In addition to the WGs I've just mentioned, it was in Nancy that the initiative to set up an international French-speaking network of players in the field of equality in higher education and research was born, together with our colleagues from Quebec and the Agence Universitaire de la Francophonie.

Our training activities continue to be important, and the MESR has renewed its confidence in us in this area. The feedback we get from these training courses is very good, and according to the colleagues who have attended them, they enable them to strengthen their action in the establishments, both in terms of effectiveness and legitimacy.

Not only is our network recognized, which is a good thing, but above all it functions interactively, enabling each and every one of us to find answers to questions posed locally, thanks to the days, of course, but also to the many exchanges that take place online via our mailing list and the summaries in our newsletter. I'm proud of all this, because it reflects a collective energy that comes from all of us.

I hope you enjoy reading this activity report.
