Since its creation 10 years ago, it has worked closely with the French Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation (MESRI) to co-construct policies for equality between women and men and the fight against discrimination: national equality mission days co-organized annually with MESRI, in-depth work on gender-based and sexual violence (SGBV), and more recently the preparation of a guide to be published against discrimination, aimed at students and staff.Today, the position taken by the French Minister of Education, Fr\u00e9d\u00e9rique Vidal, radically calls this work into question. A week after her first interview with a TV channel, the Minister repeated her comments on &quot;Islamo-leftism&quot; in the Journal du Dimanche.
