2019 will have been the last year in office for our outgoing President, Rozenn Texier-Picard, former Vice President Diversity and Corporate Social Responsibility at ENS Rennes.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rozenn Texier-Picard's exceptional commitment as President of CPED has enabled the association to assert itself a little more as a \"leader in the field\".\u00a0a key organization for equality and diversity and a driving force for public authorities<\/strong>The French Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation (see our March 26 press release<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Links with other associations and networks have been strengthened at national level with <\/strong>Jurisup<\/strong><\/a>, <\/strong>ANEF<\/strong><\/a>, <\/strong>Afdesri<\/strong><\/a>the <\/strong>CNOUS<\/strong><\/a>the <\/strong>FNCAS<\/strong><\/a> but also at European level with the <\/strong>CLEF<\/strong><\/a> and <\/strong>EPWS<\/strong><\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The question of combating gender-based and sexual violence <\/strong>in particular has been a major focus for the association during Rozenn Texier-Picard's term of office, and the success of the training courses offered by <\/strong>VSS network<\/strong><\/a> <\/strong>this year shows the extent to which establishments are investing in the subject.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The people responsible for implementing equality policies in ESR establishments seem to need, more than ever, to get together and meet to break their isolation and exchange best practices.<\/strong>. Three meetings were held, in Brest, Lyon and Lille, covering a wide range of topics such as gender diversity in the digital sector<\/strong>, professional equality<\/strong>but also the obstacles to implementing an equality policy.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In March 2020, the Board of Directors elected Sandrine Rousseau as President of CPED.<\/a><\/strong>. New elections will be held in November 2020 to renew the Executive Committee and Board of Directors. To ensure continuity, the new team will still be able to count on our project manager Anissa Benaissa<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

By tackling the 2020 projects (notably the development of the <\/strong>professional equality plans<\/strong><\/a>), the Board would like to thank all the members of CPED <\/strong>for their trust, investment and commitment. Day after day, they contribute to real progress in the fight for gender equality and against all forms of discrimination.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
