Together, we have led<br>numerous projects to promote equality, diversity and inclusion, developed new<br>partnerships in France and abroad, and stepped up our support for research.<br>In spite of the particularly tight budgetary situation for our establishments, you have provided us with<br>you have renewed your trust, and we thank you warmly for it. Ensemble, nous avons men\u00e9 denombreux projets au service de l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9, de la diversit\u00e9 et de l\u2019inclusion, d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 de nouveauxpartenariats en France comme \u00e0 l\u2019international, et accentu\u00e9 notre soutien \u00e0 la recherche.Malgr\u00e9 un contexte&#8230;<\/p>","protected":false},"author":4,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_et_pb_use_builder":"off","_et_pb_old_content":"<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>La CPED est heureuse de vous pr\u00e9senter <strong>son rapport d\u2019activit\u00e9 pour l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2024<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>\u201cDans le contexte politique inqui\u00e9tant et incertain qui a marqu\u00e9 l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2024, je me r\u00e9jouis de constater une solidarit\u00e9, des \u00e9changes, une \u00e9coute et un soutien accru au sein de notre communaut\u00e9, qui d\u00e9cuple notre pouvoir d\u2019action collectif et donne tout son sens \u00e0 notre r\u00e9seau.\u201d&nbsp;(V\u00e9ronique Van De Bor, Pr\u00e9sidente de la CPED)<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Cliquez sur l\u2019image pour consulter ou t\u00e9l\u00e9charger le document.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:image {\"id\":2633,\"sizeSlug\":\"large\",\"linkDestination\":\"none\"} -->\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img src=\"https:\/\/www.cped-egalite.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/Capture-decran-2025-01-24-a-15.37.40-1-723x1024.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2633\"\/><\/figure>\n<!-- \/wp:image -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p><\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p><\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>En 2024, la CPED a continu\u00e9 de soutenir et rendre visible le d\u00e9veloppement des politiques en lien avec l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9\u0301, l\u2019inclusion et la lutte contre toutes les formes de discriminations ainsi que de proposer aux \u00e9tablissements des ressources in\u00e9dites :&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:list -->\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><!-- wp:list-item -->\n<li>Appuy\u00e9e par son <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cped-egalite.fr\/formation\/\">r\u00e9seau VSS formation<\/a>, elle a assur\u00e9 plus de 130 de sessions de formation aupr\u00e8s des \u00e9tudiant\u00b7es et personnels d\u2019\u00e9tablissements, publics et priv\u00e9s parmi lesquelles, des sessions offertes aux \u00e9tablissements par le MESR (au niveau national et r\u00e9gional), qui lui accorde sa confiance, dans le cadre de son plan national d\u2019action contre les violences sexistes et sexuelles dans l\u2019ESR (2021-2025) ;<\/li>\n<!-- \/wp:list-item -->\n\n<!-- wp:list-item -->\n<li>Elle a organis\u00e9 un groupe de travail et des webinaires pour r\u00e9pondre aux questions qui se posent dans les \u00e9tablissements sur des sujets aussi divers que l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 professionnelle, le suivi et l\u2019\u00e9valuation des plans d\u2019action \u00e9galit\u00e9, le cong\u00e9 menstruel, les discriminations, les enjeux LGBTI+ ou encore sur la question des relations entre directeurs de th\u00e8se et doctorantes.<\/li>\n<!-- \/wp:list-item -->\n\n<!-- wp:list-item -->\n<li>Elle a continu\u00e9 d\u2019intensifier ses relations et \u00e9changes dans le cadre du R\u00e9seau international francophone de l'enseignement sup\u00e9rieur et de la Recherche pour l'\u00e9galit\u00e9, la diversit\u00e9 et l'inclusion (REFEDI).
