The following two days marked the annual highlight of CPED. They provided an opportunity to share news, practices and initiatives carried out in the plants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The two host establishments were honored, with words of welcome from Nathalie Carrasco<\/strong>, President of ENS Paris-Saclay and Camille Galap<\/strong>, President of Universit\u00e9 Paris-Saclay. The main thrusts of the two establishments' equality-diversity policy were presented, with contributions from student associations and staff involved in various initiatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/figure>\n\n\n\nOne of the highlights was a presentation by the association StopFisha<\/strong>, which provided keys to understanding and preventing cyber-violence in the ESR. A round table<\/strong> dedicated to conjugal and intra-family violence also provided an opportunity to share a large number of actions deployed in our establishments (and by partner associations) to raise awareness, prevent and deal with such violence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The first day of the Rencontres concluded with a performance by \u00abChronicles of Ordinary Sexism\u00bb<\/strong> by Marine P\u00e9troline, an artistic and committed moment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Finally, half a day was devoted to the state of play and prospects for equality-diversity policies in higher education and research. Visit results of the REMEDE 2 study<\/strong>, presented by Yannick L'Horty<\/strong> (ONDES) and Lucille Marissal<\/strong>, In addition, the \"Rencontres\" offered an up-to-date panorama of equality policies implemented in the company's establishments, providing invaluable benchmarks for future developments. CPED concluded the Rencontres by announcing the launch of the Observatoire des atteintes aux missions \u00e9galit\u00e9-diversit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
