Organized by CPED, these meetings brought together researchers, experts and equality-diversity officers for training, sharing and collective reflection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Wednesday, December 3 - Advanced training day: Crossing relations of domination in the ESR<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The first day was dedicated to advanced training focusing on intersectional approaches and the analysis of discrimination mechanisms in higher education, made possible thanks to the support of the French Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Space.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Speakers renowned for their work provided particularly structuring theoretical and practical insights:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Elsa Dorlin<\/strong>,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Nacira Gu\u00e9nif-Souilamas<\/strong>,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u00c9milie Doutreloux<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Their contributions helped to deepen our understanding of the dynamics of racism, systems of domination and their impact on student and professional careers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A&nbsp;<strong>round table<\/strong>&nbsp;with Louise Bourgoin from&nbsp;<strong>ONDES<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>No Anger<\/strong>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<strong>Fabrice Dhume<\/strong>&nbsp;then highlighted operational levers for strengthening the action of equality-diversity missions within establishments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" src=\"https:\/\/www.cped-egalite.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/IMG_2559-2-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3253\" style=\"aspect-ratio:1.33387358184765;width:548px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.cped-egalite.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/IMG_2559-2-1024x768.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.cped-egalite.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/IMG_2559-2-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.cped-egalite.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/IMG_2559-2-768x576.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.cped-egalite.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/IMG_2559-2-1536x1152.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/www.cped-egalite.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/IMG_2559-2-2048x1536.jpg 2048w, https:\/\/www.cped-egalite.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/IMG_2559-2-16x12.jpg 16w, https:\/\/www.cped-egalite.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/IMG_2559-2-610x457.jpg 610w, https:\/\/www.cped-egalite.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/IMG_2559-2-510x382.jpg 510w, https:\/\/www.cped-egalite.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/IMG_2559-2-1080x810.jpg 1080w, https:\/\/www.cped-egalite.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/IMG_2559-2-1280x960.jpg 1280w, https:\/\/www.cped-egalite.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/IMG_2559-2-980x735.jpg 980w, https:\/\/www.cped-egalite.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/IMG_2559-2-480x360.jpg 480w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The afternoon was devoted to&nbsp;<strong>thematic workshops<\/strong>&nbsp;on victimization surveys, support systems, inclusive prevention and analytical methods to better understand experiences of discrimination.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Thursday, December 4 and Friday, December 5 - CPED 2025 meetings<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The following two days marked the annual highlight of CPED. They provided an opportunity to share news, practices and initiatives carried out in the plants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The two host establishments were honored, with words of welcome from <strong>Nathalie Carrasco<\/strong>, President of ENS Paris-Saclay and <strong>Camille Galap<\/strong>, President of Universit\u00e9 Paris-Saclay. The main thrusts of the two establishments' equality-diversity policy were presented, with contributions from student associations and staff involved in various initiatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"554\" height=\"390\" src=\"https:\/\/www.cped-egalite.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/Capture-decran-2025-12-11-a-10.14.54.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3254\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.cped-egalite.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/Capture-decran-2025-12-11-a-10.14.54.png 554w, https:\/\/www.cped-egalite.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/Capture-decran-2025-12-11-a-10.14.54-480x338.png 480w\" sizes=\"(min-width: 0px) and (max-width: 480px) 480px, (min-width: 481px) 554px, 100vw\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>One of the highlights was a presentation by the association&nbsp;<strong>StopFisha<\/strong>, which provided keys to understanding and preventing cyber-violence in the ESR. A&nbsp;<strong>round table<\/strong>&nbsp;dedicated to conjugal and intra-family violence also provided an opportunity to share a large number of actions deployed in our establishments (and by partner associations) to raise awareness, prevent and deal with such violence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The first day of the Rencontres concluded with a performance by&nbsp;<strong>\u00abChronicles of Ordinary Sexism\u00bb<\/strong>&nbsp;by Marine P\u00e9troline, an artistic and committed moment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finally, half a day was devoted to the state of play and prospects for equality-diversity policies in higher education and research. Visit&nbsp;<strong>results of the REMEDE 2 study<\/strong>, presented by&nbsp;<strong>Yannick L'Horty<\/strong>&nbsp;(ONDES) and&nbsp;<strong>Lucille Marissal<\/strong>, In addition, the \"Rencontres\" offered an up-to-date panorama of equality policies implemented in the company's establishments, providing invaluable benchmarks for future developments.
