{"id":2619,"date":"2025-01-24T15:40:05","date_gmt":"2025-01-24T14:40:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.cped-egalite.fr\/?p=2619"},"modified":"2025-01-24T15:54:49","modified_gmt":"2025-01-24T14:54:49","slug":"activity-report-2024","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.cped-egalite.fr\/en\/rapport-dactivite-2024\/","title":{"rendered":"Activity report 2024"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>CPED is pleased to present <strong>its business report for 2024<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\"In the worrying and uncertain political context that has marked the year 2024, I am delighted to see increased solidarity, exchanges, listening and support within our community, which increases our collective power of action tenfold and gives our network its full meaning.\" (V\u00e9ronique Van De Bor, President of CPED) <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Click on the image to view or download the document. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1CNQ8ZDlwo6f5HUb1_CIygal4ElNWu517\/view\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"723\" height=\"1024\" src=\"https:\/\/www.cped-egalite.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/Capture-decran-2025-01-24-a-15.37.40-1-723x1024.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2633\" style=\"width:630px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.cped-egalite.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/Capture-decran-2025-01-24-a-15.37.40-1-723x1024.png 723w, https:\/\/www.cped-egalite.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/Capture-decran-2025-01-24-a-15.37.40-1-480x679.png 480w\" sizes=\"(min-width: 0px) and (max-width: 480px) 480px, (min-width: 481px) 723px, 100vw\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In 2024, CPED continued to support and make visible the development of policies related to equality\u0301, inclusion and the fight against all forms of discrimination, as well as offering establishments new resources:&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Supported by her <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cped-egalite.fr\/en\/training\/\">VSS training network<\/a>As part of its work on the national action plan against gender-based and sexual violence in higher education (2021-2025), it has provided over 130 training sessions for students and staff from public and private establishments, including sessions offered to establishments by the MESR (at national and regional level), which has placed its trust in it;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It has organized a working group and webinars to answer the questions that arise in establishments on subjects as diverse as professional equality, the monitoring and evaluation of equality action plans, menstrual leave, discrimination, LGBTI+ issues and the question of relations between thesis supervisors and doctoral students.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It continued to intensify its relations and exchanges within the framework of the R\u00e9seau international francophone de l'enseignement sup\u00e9rieur et de la Recherche pour l'\u00e9galit\u00e9, la diversit\u00e9 et l'inclusion (REFEDI).
