Merci aux plus de 85 participant\u00b7es \u00e0 ce temps d'\u00e9change !  \ud83d\udccc Yona Gouetta du Minist\u00e8re de l'Enseignement sup\u00e9rieur et de la Recherche a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 les \u00e9ch\u00e9ances et modalit\u00e9s de suivi et d\u2019\u00e9valuation des plans d\u2019action \u00e9galit\u00e9.   \ud83d\udccc Virginie Dupont, pr\u00e9sidente de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 Bretagne Sud, a propos\u00e9 une r\u00e9flexion sur les freins et leviers \u00e0 la mise en oeuvre des plans d'action \u00e9galit\u00e9. Elle a notamment appel\u00e9 \u00e0 un &quot;r\u00e9armement des moyens RH&quot;.  \ud83d\udccc L\u00e9a Demoussy de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 C\u00f4te d\u2019Azur a partag\u00e9 sa m\u00e9thodologie de suivi du plan d\u2019action, avec notamment des ateliers de co-construction du plan avec les acteurs et actrices de l'\u00e9tablissement.   \ud83d\udccc Anne-Sophie GODFROY, Vice-pr\u00e9sidente de la CPED, est intervenue sur l'utilisation du cadre europ\u00e9en dans la construction des plans d'action \u00e9galit\u00e9.   Merci \u00e0 Armande Le Pellec Muller pour ces belles perspectives de collaboration avec l'AFDESRI .\">AFDESRI<\/a> - Association pour les Femmes Dirigeantes de l'Enseignement, la Recherche et l'Innovation - organized a webinar on February 27 on the construction, monitoring and evaluation of equality action plans. Over 85 participants took part. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udccc Yona Gouetta-Baranes, in charge of studies on professional equality policies at the Ministry of Higher Education and Research, presented the deadlines and procedures for monitoring and evaluating equality action plans.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udccc Virginie Dupont, President of Universit\u00e9 Bretagne Sud, offered a reflection on the brakes and levers for implementing equality action plans.
