The theme of the 2023 edition: \"No(s) Futur(s). Gender: upheavals, utopias, impatience\". This is one of the main challenges of CPED: to support research on gender.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>CPED was a partner in the semi-plenary round table \"\u00a0<strong class=\"\">VSS in the ESR: from listening to sanctions<\/strong>&nbsp;\". It was chaired by Sylvie Cromer (sociologist, Universit\u00e9\u0301 Lille) and included Marie-Agn\u00e8s Palaisi (University Professor, CEIIBA, Arp\u00e8ge, UT2J), Marion Duquet and Chlo\u00e9 Chassagnac for Collectif Anthropossum, Student association promoting anthropology and ethnology (Toulouse), Philippe Liotard (President of CPED) and Ma\u00eflys Derenemesnil, (Legal member of ANEF).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"771\" height=\"1024\" src=\"https:\/\/www.cped-egalite.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/IMG_20230705_163717-771x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1383\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>This time was used to show the <strong>major advances<\/strong> for the past five years, presenting <strong>local examples <\/strong>and student initiatives, highlighting the limitations in terms of <strong>recognition of expertise <\/strong>on the issue of sexist and sexual violence, recall (and discuss) the need to <strong>thinking in terms of confidentiality<\/strong> and the importance of not doing anything without the victim's agreement, note the <strong>plurality of temporalities<\/strong> (protection, prevention, investigation, sanction procedures, etc.), emphasize the distinction and complementarity of disciplinary and criminal procedures, as well as the compartmentalization and articulation of the listening, investigation and sanction phases, and finally, set out the need to recall the rights and obligations of civil servants and the need for a code of ethics.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At various points, presentations shed light on the following issues <strong>challenges and threats to gender studies in different countries<\/strong>.
