In the superb rooms of the Ch\u00e2teau Valrose, a <strong>fifty mission managers<\/strong> - as well as some twenty online - were able to discuss the projects carried out in their establishments, share best practices, identify cross-functional issues and build joint projects. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"485\" src=\"https:\/\/www.cped-egalite.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/20230623_092014-1024x485.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1375\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.cped-egalite.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/20230623_092014-980x464.jpg 980w, https:\/\/www.cped-egalite.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/20230623_092014-480x227.jpg 480w\" sizes=\"(min-width: 0px) and (max-width: 480px) 480px, (min-width: 481px) and (max-width: 980px) 980px, (min-width: 981px) 1024px, 100vw\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>First of all, a <strong>round table<\/strong> questioned the question of <strong>mixed streams<\/strong>. What are the <strong>best practices<\/strong> so that the sectors are balanced? <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Corentin Cl\u00e9ment Guillotin, from the Universit\u00e9 C\u00f4te d'Azur, presented a survey on the orientation of high-school students, questioning gender and self-confidence in success. Abdenacer Makhlouf, from the Universit\u00e9 de Haute Alsace, shared his experience of promoting math and IT-related fields of study to girls. Andr\u00e9a Combre, from the Universit\u00e9 Clermont Auvergne, went on to talk about a pilot research project as part of the \"sciences with and for society\" label. Philippe Liotard, from Universit\u00e9 Lyon 1, described the MODULEO 2.0 project, an online module for first-year students that questions gender stereotypes. Angelina Etiemble, from Le Mans University, presented the survey on training courses and the feelings of students and teaching staff at the Claude Chappe Institute of Computer Science. Natacha Portier, from ENS Lyon, concluded with the doctoral support program and peer mentoring. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"485\" src=\"https:\/\/www.cped-egalite.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/20230623_094924-1024x485.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1376\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.cped-egalite.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/20230623_094924-980x464.jpg 980w, https:\/\/www.cped-egalite.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/20230623_094924-480x227.jpg 480w\" sizes=\"(min-width: 0px) and (max-width: 480px) 480px, (min-width: 481px) and (max-width: 980px) 980px, (min-width: 981px) 1024px, 100vw\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Various <strong>CPED projects<\/strong> were then unveiled, including the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cped-egalite.fr\/en\/sensitive-data-management-guide\/\">guide to recommending and archiving data relating to reports of SIV in the ESR<\/a> and the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cped-egalite.fr\/en\/guide-to-combating-vss-in-medical-studies\/\">guide to combating SSV in medical studies<\/a>. We also returned to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cped-egalite.fr\/en\/gender-based-violence-stop-online-module-to-raise-awareness-among-students\/\">online VSS awareness module<\/a>which schools will be able to use at the start of the school year, as well as the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cped-egalite.fr\/en\/cped-buzzons-contre-le-sexisme-prize\/\">CPED prize in the Buzzons contre le sexisme competition<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We invited the<strong>VSS Student Observatory<\/strong> to present its <strong>Barometer 2023<\/strong> and recommendations. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.cped-egalite.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/20230623_124224-1024x485.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1377\" width=\"823\" height=\"389\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We were able to discuss the<strong>REMEDE survey<\/strong>designed with ONDES (Observatoire National des Discriminations et de l'Egalit\u00e9 dans le Sup\u00e9rieur) and administered with France Universit\u00e9s. Its aim is to establish a <strong>overview of equality missions and listening and reporting systems<\/strong> of ESR establishments. The results will be published in September. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Last but not least <strong>group workshops<\/strong> have identified the main issues and avenues of work on the following subjects: inter-institutional projects, LGBT+ discrimination, VSS systems, assessment of equality and gender diversity action plans. <\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On June 23, the day after the 8th national day of equality missions in higher education and research, the 29th CPED meeting was held at the Universit\u00e9 C\u00f4te d'Azur in Nice.
