Dans le cadre de la subvention accord\u00e9e par le MESRE, la CPED propose un cycle de webinaires de sensibilisation \u00e0 la lutte contre les VSS dans l’ESR. Ce webinaire propose une introduction aux VSS dans l\u2019ESR. Il apportera des cl\u00e9s de compr\u00e9hension sociologiques (rapports d\u2019autorit\u00e9, continuum des violences, chiffres cl\u00e9s) et pr\u00e9sentera les principales notions juridiques (d\u00e9finition des VSS, pyramide des infractions p\u00e9nales, notion de consentement). Nous aborderons \u00e9galement les sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9s des proc\u00e9dures disciplinaires dans l\u2019ESR et leurs diff\u00e9rences avec le droit p\u00e9nal. This webinar provides an introduction to sexual and gender-based violence in higher education and research. It will offer sociological insights (power dynamics, the continuum of violence, key statistics) and present the main legal concepts (definition of sexual and gender-based violence, hierarchy of criminal offenses, the concept of consent). We will also discuss the specific characteristics of disciplinary procedures in higher education and research and how they differ from criminal law.
